- TOGG is an inspired Helping Hand Pay-it-Forward Service that provides and accepts, assistance and support for underrepresented disenfranchised Americans in need of a helping hand (physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, mental, educational, training, etc.).
- TOGG recipients receive long overdue comprehensive restorative services and in-turn, if and when able, agree to "reach back" to help other underrepresented disenfranchised Americans in need.
- TOGG's recursive pay-it-forward vision is to nurture, grow, expand and multiply healthy prosperous economically independent enclaves, throughout the United States - made up of, and owned by historically underrepresented disenfranchised TOGG benefactors.
- To Summarize: TOGG is NOT a hand-out, it is a Hand-Up service, helping disenfranchised Americans help themselves and others revive, survive, provide and thrive.

Who We Are
TOGG is made up of an eclectic group of participants who have been un-deservingly blessed by GOD and simply want to in-turn be a blessing to others.
Our Vision
Is to grow prosperous economically independent federations of Enclaves, made up of, and owned by, underrepresented disenfranchised TOGG participants.
- Enclaves are distinct territorial, cultural or social units enclosed within, or as if within, foreign territory.
- Federations are any number of separate entities, forming a central unity framework, while retaining autonomy and control of their internal entity affairs.
- Framework is a centrally interfaced set of guidelines, policies, processes, procedures, systems, applications, networks, programs and projects.

- Abundant Life Questionnaire – To understand what restorative services are needed (physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, mental, etc.)
- Service Provider Questionnaire - To analyze and plan to match your need with available resources.
- Helping Hand-Up Agreement – Barter “Win-Win” service exchange(s) to Nurture, Grow, Expand and Multiply Healthy Prosperous Economically Independent Enclaves throughout the United States
- Pay-it-Forward Federation - TOGG recipients in-turn, if and when able, agree to "reach back" to help other underrepresented disenfranchised Americans in need.
